New diary, new year, new outlook

Well I've got a new small diary for christmas so I'm going to use it to record my progress with things! :)

At the moment that includes my guitar, my yoga, my abs training lol (to help my back) and my singing exercises - I will be a rock star lol!

In the front I've written the following words: 2006 Progress, Enlightenment, Love, Respect, Regard, Meaning, Whole / One.
